(March 1, 2018, 5:41 am)Overally I can say this is 2 stars hotel. Cleaning is week, breakfast limited and simple items, air condition not working properly. Hard to reach Taksim square.

(February 27, 2018, 2:57 pm)This is 4 stars hotel but unfortunately doesn't seems to be even 2 stars! I had no warm water to take shower.I ask them to bring me tissue but they are claimed extra charges! Overally unsatisfactory.
