(April 20, 2018, 4:00 pm)I assume there is a secret rule, we did not know that we could bring our drink. Cuz if you need wine opener, barman is rudely reject you! So bad behaviour! I don’t recommend you to stay there

(April 20, 2018, 3:56 pm)Stayed 1night. Room was okay, staff were friendly except the barman.We kindly asked him to use their wine opener just to enjoy our wine in the room but he refused to help us!So RUDE! 3/10
